As a manager I was forever being asked "how many holidays do I have left?". We just needed a simple way for our employees to submit holiday requests and to be able to see their allowance. I trialled a few and found LeaveDates to be the simplest and nicest to use. The cost is very reasonable and well worth the time saving on admin. I recently looked at some full HR packages to help with employee 1-2-1s and none of them managed holidays anywhere near as good as Leave Dates.
