Terrible first (and probably last) experience with Pittsburgh Spray Equipment. Was in a bind for a part for a powdercoat gun, called Sales and explained I needed the part as quickly as possible and was willing to pay extra to expedite the process, if not I could drive the 2 hours each way to pick it up. The salesperson tells me he will go back to shipping and make sure it goes out today and I would have the part in 1-2 days and I would receive an email as soon as it ships. I wait a couple of days and no tracking email shows up, I call and I am advised that they need to check with the salesman and shipping to see where the item is, I wait 2 hours and call back and I'm advised that the part will be shipping out today. Another day goes by and I finally get an email showing the item has shipped.
