The onboarding process was simple and it appeared Huboo could handle all of our requirements, sadly they are a joke.
It was only when they began processing our orders that the whole thing fell apart. I had serious fulfilmentfrustrations trying to fix any of the problems, these included:
Increasing the prices we had agreed in the original negotiations.
Messy billing, bills were incorrect or inconsistent.
Terrible shipment tracking, it was unavailable or broken despite being shipped on a trackable service.
Losing huge amounts of stock we sent into their warehouse.
Support tickets just piled up and very few tickets were ever resolved.
The wrong items were continually sent despite us requesting action to stop it happening.
