There seems to be a BUG in the "BID WIZARD" that doesnt allow me to bid on a property. for the last month this property has been up for bid at least 3 times and under review then rejected perhaps due to 1 bidder, significantly under the last sale price. It seems to me that Deutsche Bank would wonder why only one lowball bid.
I have called many times and mostly left on hold or BUSY past my availability. Two times I have reached a person, who promissed to help, but neither could clear the "Authentication failed" which is appearently due to a DATABASE problem relating to a deleted account I had earlier, which cannot be accessed. Not sure but maybe the best is to try the Deutshe Bank's telephone number.
