This is my 1st time using Hubzu.com to buy a home and upon winning the bid (which was very simple, easy, and fast) I was sent an email with the agreement to sign using Docusign within 48 hours. It clearly stated "No corrections can be made to the agreement of any kind" and the information was incorrect so I attempted to call, email and leave voicemails for the contact name and number listed on the email for the assigned document processor. For 2 straight days I attempted to call, leave voicemails, and email countless times with no response. Very frustrated and concerned that I would loose the house because you have a 48 hour deadline to sign it, I then started to call any number on the Hubzu site just to try and reach someone that could maybe help. Finally I called the main Hubzu Altisource number and reached Juan, who first answered the phone and he stayed on the line with me and tried several numbers and extensions until he was able to go up the ladder and get someone to answer. After 15-20 min of attempting to do this he finally reached a manager by the name of Diana Lazaro. Diana was extremely helpful and listened and walked me through the entire process. She got to the bottom of the issues that needed to be corrected and reached out to all of the necessary parties and continuously followed up with me throughout the entire process to ensure it was corrected and that I was satisfied. If it would not have been for her I probably would have walked and never used Hubzu again. Thank you again for your above and beyond assistance Juan and Diana!
