I am a big fan of Hudson and Vine. they offer a good selection of quality products and their customer service feels friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a vintage floor cover that turned out not to be as thick and comfortable as i had expected or like one I already owned. When I went to return it, the MANUFACTURER had a list of reasons they would charge return shipping costs (as is normal) however they would also go back and charge for the 'free' shipping out to me in the first place negating an customer incentve. So while it was my error in not reading the multiple pages of shipping info before I purchased. A lesson learned, as it is no long worth the return. but I also know now if I wish to order similar items in future I will need to pay $$ and time delays to obtain one or more samples first.
