I was charged almost immediately for the rug but it did not arrive until almost a month later. I did contact customer service and they were very rude and curt with me. I dont' know why as that was unneccesary. I was only inquiring as to what was the delay. They never told me but sort of just blasted me. The vinyl rug arrived and it seems very cheaply made. It's very thin and it slides a bit on my kitchen vinyl floor. I'm not thinking this is going to last very long. The ONLY thing I like about it is the old whitewashed wood look on it. I will never order again after being treated so poorly by their Representative.
