I saw these floor coverings at my friend's home as she purchased 3. I purchased this one and when it arrived I thought it had been used and returned. Apparently you need to quantify how "distressed" you want the floor covering. This one is very distressed and to their credit, they offerred to allow us to return. But after reading the reviews on returns, I decided not to. SO IF THE FLOOR COVERING YOU'RE ORDERING IS DESCRIBED AS 'DISTRESSED'-LET THEM KNOW HOW 'DISTRESSED' YOU WANT IT! i have pics if interested as to how it looked when I took it out of the box.
