Ordered product 13th August 5-7 days delivery. No where on there site does it say delivery timescales affected as they are moving stores.
Chased delivery to be told this, asked to be escalated to a manager (Christos) who is apparently the only manager (no one above him...)
He advised that it would be shipped out direct from suppliers 27th August and would be with me early WC 29th August.
No order revived, no response from Christos... called useless support (sorry customer support) to be advised that it hadn't even been shipped?!? No reason at all other than Christos had tried (must of forgot the communication part...)
Left a review on their page to warn others, and within less than 2 mins it was removed and i was blocked and messaged to say they are sending a refund.
