Their services is very poor, their website doesn’t function properly, keeps reloading the page or going back to the previous page. Their customer service is very poor, terrible. I was called by a customer service regarding my order, which is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, she didn’t even say her name only for her to ask me for my email address which is clearly written on my order, I told her and she goes on to ask for my address for delivery. This isn’t safe because I’ve heard of lots of people who have been robbed this way, I told her that isn’t the address written on my order because I clearly wrote it there in my account and also as shipping and billing address, she kept saying I need to tell her my address, I asked her to give me the address she can see there so I confirm if it’s correct or wrong and she said no, I told her my district where the item is being delivered to and she said if I can’t give my full address she is going to cancel my order, then she ended the call. This is very rude and disrespectful. I called the customer service number I found on the website to explain what happened and the man who received the call said there is nothing he can do, that he can’t overwrite the decision of the woman. Hughes don’t place priority on their customers, they do whatever they want disregarding the fact that a customer has paid a lot of money for a product, they are just after the money and not customer satisfaction!!!
