Will never use these again after an appalling after sales experience. We always like to use local smaller companies but sadly after our recent disappointing experience we shall never set foot into a Hughes again. This was their Beccles branch and we hope anyone looking to use them think twice and go elsewhere.
They may as well have said "we have your money now so f**k off."
