Humdingers provided canapes for a corporate event I was hosting. Food: Visually appealing and tasted even better than they looked. Service: Helpful from the start. It was my first time organising catering for an event, and Bea was always on hand to help me through the process, and even recommended two dishes suitable for vegetarians and vegans (which turned out great!) Recommendations: - Salted Caramel Chocolate Pots - Lobster & Chervil Tartelette with Shellfish Glaze - Fillet with Potato Fondant & Bearnaise - Moroccan Chicken Cigars with Almonds & Honey and Beetroot - Carrot & Kale Fritter with Coconut Yoghurt, Mint. - Smoked Salmon Blini, Lemon & Chive These had flavour, texture and surprises that made them a topic of conversation and a great addition to the event.
