Writing to thank you for arranging our evening. The chef was very organised, called a few days in advance to discuss, he was very approachable and everyone really enjoyed the food.
Our hunk was called Ben. He had the perfect balance of enough confidence but very friendly. He made some suggestions, which were great, as I didn't really have a plan. He took the night in his stride, going with the flow and I would highly recommend him.
Thanks for making our night such a success. I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.
