Bottom line up front - Just brilliant. Having searched for low-carb and seed oil-free condiments and mayonnaise for some time, I originally ordered the trial pods; they were delicious. There was a quality control issue with one of the pods which I immediately reported via email to Nyree Slater, Hunter & Gather's Customer Experience Manager. The quick response and speed at which the replacement was dispatched was an absolute textbook example of how all customer services should act. Indeed, I was so impressed with the Hunter & Gather product and the fact that this company clearly values their customers, that I place my first substantial order (pictured - as you can see, I have made a start!). And I will make many more.
