iORDERED AN ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY AND WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED IT HAD BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT SO I RANG THEM STRAIGHT AWAY AND WITHIN A WEEK THE ITEM HAD BEEN RETURNED AND A NEW ONE SENT OUT UNDAMAGED THE STAFF I SPOKE TO WERE VERY POLITE AND COULD NOT HELP ME ENOUGH I WOULD CERTAINLY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE MRS CHARLTON NEWCASTLE
