When I reached out, it seemed to be a problem with their inventory. Customer service was pretty quick. They arranged a reship for my order and it did arrive to me after 10 business days from the day I paid for my order. I understand that there are things that can happen and I appreciate how they managed the problem. Overall, Hutechlab is a decent choice when it comes to quality gear and prices. I'll continue using them.
