There was a delay due to item not being in stock, although the website didn't state this as being so ! ,but in fairness I was made aware by email and after placing order was given options . I chose to proceed with the purchase. I was pleased that that when I e-mailed about progress with my order , ( after waiting for the item to come back into stock and the expected period of delay ! ) ,I did get a reply within a reasonable time . I have now recieved the item and further items ordered arrived on time having chosen next day delivery which was an option with a small additional fee . Overall ,Having dealt with companies with fast turnaround it can be difficult waiting a couple of weeks or more for items ordered ( One gets spoilt with order today get tomorrow ). In conclusion I was happy with the service .
