I use Ketone Ester, MCT oil and Keto Collagen +. I am an avid cyclist and just completed the Leadville 100,000 ft. climbing challenge. These products both fueled and assisted me in my quest which i was able to complete in 27 days. I find them effective and notice the change in my stamina and would not compete without them now. I see it as an advantage over non-users.
