The service from Hybrid was excellent however I very disappointed with the delivery service. They gave me a time slot for the delivery (4.40-5.40pm) and also asked for a safe place to leave the parcel in case I was out. I waited in all day for the parcel only to receive at 4.45pm a text saying the parcel couldn't be delivered because as no one was in to sign for it. The driver hadn't attempted to deliver the parcel as like I said I was in all day and also I can't see the point of asking for a safe place to leave it if they aren't prepared to leave it there without it being signed for. This meant I didn't receive the dress in time for the occasion which I ordered it. Like I say I was very pleased with service of Hybrid it was DPD I wasn't unhappy with.
