Hi there I ordered 2 beautiful dresses+1 top and paid by lasercard but when you took the payment I received an e-mail afterwards to say one of the dresses was out of stock and my money for that particular item will be fully refunded (25 pounds sterling)which I haven't received yet!i would appreciate if your customer support could please make sure that when a customer is ordering an item that the item is in stock before you take money from there credit/debitcard!could you please confirm if my debitcard has been refunded the full amount of 24 sterling or the equivelent in Euros!Many Thanks,
