First time using Hybrid.. I initially emailed the company to clarify dress sizes and received a prompt reply and took their advice to order the next size up as the sizes come up a bit smaller.. I placed my order on day 1 and received it the following afternoon so great service.. The good thing with the company was that updates were provided regularly on when the parcel would be delivered and the fact that a 1 hour delivery window was provided was very convenient, other companies should take note.. Would I order again from Hybrid; yes, I was pleased with the dress and the overall service.. Thank-you
