I like your dresses and your website design is really good. I was planning to buy 3 dresses online when there was a flash sale. However, due to the extra VAT charge I decided to cancel my order as I do not like hidden charges. As mentioned in my recent email, most of the other websites like Lipsy, Little Mistress, Lovarni etc which I patron always show the charges upfront before the shopper proceed to make payment. I was a little upset with my first direct purchase from Hydrid because the extra VAT was only shown after I placed my order. The final charged amount was more than the expected price (before keying in my credit card details). You may get your marketing/customer service staffs to try placing an international order to understand what a shopper sees on the payment page.
