Initially happy with the mattress which is a hybrid double. After around 3 years the mattress is noticeably sagging in the middle and it feels like I am sleeping on a slanted surface. I contacted Dreams and they suggest I have the mattress inspected at cost to me; they will however refund that cost if the inspector deems the product to be at fault.
From Dreams:
'We understand that our recommendation is to change mattresses every 8 years, and it is concerning that your mattress has developed a noticeable dip after just 3 years. We take the quality of our products very seriously, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve.'
They find it, 'concerning' but not concerning enough to do anything about it themselves. I wouldn't recommend Dreams or their products to anybody after this experience.
