The lid on my bottle didn't work smoothly, I fed this back to Hydratem8 with a video, they were absolutely amazing and sent a replacement lid immediately. It arrived and pops open 100% of the time.
I’ve been using the straw version of their bottles for years and have to say it’s still used daily. I upgraded because the new version is waterproof so better for carrying in a bag all day.
