Update. The lovely customer services team contacted me about my bottles and replaced them - so far so good! I use them every single day and I think they're great. Thank you. I have three tracker bottles and they all leak from the seal. I thought it was because they were a few months old but even my newest one leaks. I love the bottle itself but I won't be buying anymore, I've had far too many wet car seats, sofa, floor situations if/when it gets knocked over. I have a thermo bottle too and that is fantastic, took it on holiday and even at the end of the day the water was still cold.
