Ordered two replacement bottles recently. Arrived promptly but one of the flip lids was defective. Reported this immediately to HydrateM8. After sending photographs a replacement lid was sent out, this took approximately 5 working days, slower than the original order fir two new bottles.
All resolved now. Would recommend HydrateM8 bottles, great when exercising.
