I have used the cheaper insoles and they barely do anything. I decided to spend a little more with these. They are much better, i am miss aligned and i don't see much difference. that is why i can't give 5 stars. I did originally order the wrong size. I realized it an hour later. I emailed Hykle and called, the phone immediately hangs up on you but the next day i got an email that they changed the size. That was very good customer service. All in all they are worth $40
