I ordered item from Hype for my young son including a lucky bag of 10 item for £69.99. I received the items around the beginning of September but with two items missing. After numerous emails threatening them that we were going to ‘resolve’ and going to ‘trading standards’, and after being told we were receiving the missing items, (but they never turned up) we were totally amazed to receive our missing items through the post this morning 10/11/20. I think I am still in shock 🤣. Don’t give up asking for missing items everybody!
