I ordered several items for Xmas, though sadly, one item (baby blue Tracksuit) never arrived (though it stated on the invoice it had)
I emailed HYPE immediately, on the 6/12/21 & following two more emails, they replied & stated they would need to open an investigation which I immediately agreed too, though sadly, to date, I have not received an outcome, or a refund & my last few emails + photographic proof of weight package, have been ignored.
I will never buy from HYPE again & will now seek legal advice Re my refund.
I am very disappointed.
