AVOID AVOID AVOID! Especially if you’re ordering Christmas presents!! There website states the cut off date for delivery before Xmas using standard postage was 16th December, they also state that they endeavour to dispatch on the same day, so you would expect if they can dispatch on the same day it would be the next right? WRONG! I ordered on 11th December and my order wasn’t dispatched until the 16th December, so it took them 5 days just to dispatch! And to make matters worse, even though the whole of the UK know Royal Mail have been striking throughout December, this bunch of numpties send my parcel via Royal Mail, not only slow and late to dispatch but then send via a method (Royal Mail) which is pretty much guaranteed to NOT arrive before Christmas. I placed a large order of items (11 items) So now my daughter is going to have practically nothing to open because of the incompetence of these numpties, the power of social media is real and I will be making full use of every available resource to ensure that everyone knows to AVOID this company like the plague! Thanks Hype, you really have lived up the the “Hype” and ruined my daughters Christmas wishes!!
