PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. Ordered a backpack way back in August for my daughter for school on for a week later to me told the item wasn't in stock (even though it was on the website) so was asked to order a similar replacement , so I did a replacement item and it is now October 7th and I'm yet to receive a backpack or any confirmation even though 2 weeks ago I was told by customer service person(Fahiz ) that the backpack would be sent . I now started a case on resolver and am going to escalate this to retail ADR. Please don't get fooled by their shiny website there is something very misleading about this business.
