Since you asked for a review, here is one from me:
I bought two GI from Hyperfly so far, both had issues with lapels shrinking. Hyperfly Asia were kind enough to replace one of them and I was kind enough to make additional purchase as a good will gesture to show my appreciation for the kind gesture.
However, after making full payment for my new GI and eagerly waited for it to arrive in mail, I was quiet disappointed as only replacement GI was shipped to me, but not the GI purchased at full price as it was left behind and forgotten by the warehouse (so I was told).
I understand, mistakes happen. I get it. But since it is second time it is happening to me (previously I ordered purple belt and they sent me white instead) I decided to pull the plug on Hyperfly once and for all.
In my opinion, you have a great customer support, but I can’t say the same about warehouse support. And I must say, GI quality is rather questionable (I owned many GIs in my life, from super cheap to limited edition ones and none of them has lapel shrinking problem like yours), BTW I am still stuck with one of those GI from Hyperfly with a shrunk lapel (only my son’s one was replace) because I just do not see any point in replacing it with another one which will shrink anyway, this just shows how much confidence I have left in your GI quality.
