Hi bought a voucher from hyperli on the 29th May booked with the selected place only to be told today on the 2nd June that they will have to cancel my booking less than 24 hours due to them not being paid. Now I can't get through to anyone from hyperli they have no contact details and my account says it does not exist after I requested a refund. Can I be contacted and refunded immediately this is unacceptable. They are able to send me promo emails but can't find my account on a refund request!!!
