I had a terrible experience with the manager/owner of this venue. Her name was Cindy. Hyperli had system problems with their upgrade and Cindy accused me of scamming her because she was unable to get paid immediately by Hyperli for the voucher I purchased. This had nothing to do with me and the way she handled the issue was with absolutely poor customer service. The two stylists at the salon were lovely and professional though, and if the manager/owner did not cause such a terrible experience for me, I would have gladly returned for further services. I unfortunately do not recommend using this providers service. Hyperli also really messed up here and has made a loyal hyperli customer (me) become hesitant of using hyperli's services in future.
