I placed two orders on the 10th of April 2024. After 10 working days, I followed up and was quoted the maximum delivery time 15 working days. I receive half on one order only. After 15 working days I was assured I would receive a tracking number. Now after 20 working days Hyperli say there is a problem with the supplier and I cannot change the delivery address (we are moving) or get a refund. I can only a gift card. Why would I want to order something again after you could not deliver!
