The staff has been very helpful in getting my hyper Vibe delivered to me and help me set it up. I found that assembly was more difficult than indicated in the video. The white side vinyl pieces on the tower that slide up and down actually need to be bent inside the dark colored head that goes on top. Once we figured that out we could get the top head to click in place. I am in the process of learning ways to use my hyper Vibe but really feel that it helps take soreness away after I've worked out at the gym I want to strengthen my bones and keep my muscles strong. It would be nice if the platform was a little wider so I could more easily sit on it without the tower being in the way. Overall I'm very happy.
