Over all very good service all around. Delivery was done on the date promised, just a few hours late. the local manager of the delivery company brought my packages to me. He told me that the driver became sick and had to go home. The manager of the delivery co. broght the packages personally. The machine is put together and working great. The instruction booklet was clear and easy to follow. The videos I have recieved are very helpful also. Thank you
