The pillow itself is great, hence I bought another one. It is the customer service I have issues with. The pillow arrived chucked in a box. No label, no wrapping, no invoice, nothing.
So, I was hesitating whether to return it or not. My husband talked me into keeping it. So, I removed the cover, washed it and sprayed the pillow with disinfectant hand sanitiser. Put the cover back, told the person, I bought the pillow for what the issue was...and apologized on the company's behalf.
