I ordered a "small double" memory foam mattress from Hypnia (12 inches thickness). The ordering process was straightforward and I was informed of when the mattress would be sent. The mattress was packed into a box which made it easy to take it to the bedroom. As memory foam mattresses go, there was a "smell", but this was fairly dissipated in 3 - 4 days. This time also allows the mattress to reach its full thickness. The mattress is very comfortable and does not get warm. One year on, the mattress has not lost any of its shape or thickness. This is one very well made mattress and I would be replacing other mattresses with Hypnia. Given its price point, the memory foam mattress is a bargain.
