My hypnia is a dream. The first night's sleep was not the best... I had to get used to a new mattress, but since then, I've slept through the night. I normally toss and turn and get too hot throughout the night. With the hypnia, I've not experienced uncomfortable sleeping due to temperature. That's a big deal for me. I'm giving 5* on the mattress. The only downsides to my buying experience were these: 1) I paid for Saturday shipping, and didn't receive it. While hypnia refunded the fee, unfortunately, there was zero communication about it, and only by my own initiation. The gentleman on the phone was apologetic, but being proactive makes a big difference. 2) When my mattress finally arrived, it was so beat up and nearly hanging out of the box (no exaggeration). I sent pictures to hypnia, and couldn't even get the courtesy of a response. Unfortunately, that says a lot to me. Overall, the quality of the mattress was fantastic. But definitely could've gone a lot further towards the whole buying experience.
