Having dealt with this branch of Hyundai agents on several occasions I found them to be arrogant rude and uncaring, the problem is it’s the nearest agent to me so I have to deal with them but be aware these people are not to be trusted. Every time I’ve been in there I have witnessed other customers complaining bitterly about the service department. Not to be trusted.
