You will be asked to sign a blank keypad with no printed contract. Therefore the contract is essentially word-of-mouth and very difficult to understand, Intentionally misleading. I do not recommend any contract with this organization. There’s also no customer service available and no upper management available. The business is basically an automates box on a corner. if you try to speak with anyone about your concerns, you will be directed to their third-party payment company and that company will tell you that they don’t know anything about the management of the gym. It’s a runaround. Stay away. To top it all off, the staff is impatient, dismissive, and rude. It’s a culture of lazy unaccountability.
