Could not rate them any better, especially Joey. I would whole heartedly recommend them for their customer service levels. They are excellent in all areas e.g. clarity on communication, status updates and value for money in the price they charge.
I'm a frequent business traveller so had dealings with many visa agents before, these guys are the best I've come across. I would be using them again, definitely.
