The service is so efficient. Communications is super easy and fast with Joey. I got very comprehensive instructions and advise what to do and best way to do the application. I got my passport back super fast too. I used to spend a day travelling to London, queuing and spent huge amount of money on transportation, and then begging my friend to collect for me and post back. Now it's all hassle free!
