Ticket was already booked for China. First of all had to obtain a passport and then to have a Chinese visa put into it. There were several complications in getting the passport and so weeks passed. Time was getting shorter and the pressure was on. We contacted Joey at i20 Visa who informed us is our options. Everything was decided and passport was sent off by Royal Mail special delivery. For whatever reasons, the delivery was delayed by a day. Panic was beginning to set in. Again Joey came to the rescue with a solution which entailed having the passport with new visa sent to an address close to the airport from which the flight would leave. Story had a successful ending, thank goodness! But due in large part to the patience and support and availability of Joey. Thank you!!
