Wire less ear pods was the item I ordered . These were a Christmas gift . I ordered these given enough time so I would get them in time for Christmas. I had to sent several emails asking where my item was , the ear pods where not despatched when I was told they had been several times via email. The EarPods arrived after Christmas and are not working how they should be . Poor customer service and poor quality EarPods.
