I ordered a phone charger on 27th November as in intended Christmas gift for my son. I cancelled and had to buy elsewhere but they still delivered it on 29th December. Most emails are ignored or replies appear to be automated. They agreed to take it back but at my expense. Can't even check if it works as my phone isn't compatible, so useless purchase.
