I have done my recent shopping via the Iapetus website which is very good and easy to use and shows excellent photographs of the products. My first order qualified for free delivery but I decided to collect from the shop as I live in the same town and I thought this would save on packaging and relieve stress on delivery companies. I received an email later the same day to say that my order was ready for collection! I was only in the shop for a few minutes collecting my parcel and they had a traffic light system in place so it felt very safe. The products were either wrapped in tissue or in lovely gift bags or boxes. I was delighted with my purchases and they looked just like they had on the website. I even had a hand written 'thank you' on the bottom of the invoice! You couldn't ask for better service. I ordered a couple more things about a week later and again they were ready for collection the same day. The shop is beautiful, but I'm not a very enthusiastic shopper, so for me I think I actually did better using the website as I could browse for as long as I wanted, come back later, pop things into my basket and perhaps take them out again if I found something I preferred! They stock both expensive and very affordable gifts and if you want ethical gifts from overseas and or gifts made in the UK, then this is your shop. The website gives full details of the artist/manufacturer for all the products. We are very lucky to have this shop in Malvern.
