I ordered one item on-line. I live in Australia and needed a small gift for my sister in the UK. The item arrived within a few days of the order being made and, as I understand it, was as expected.
The description of the delivery of the item was that it would be in "a tube" but it was actually flat-packed - which confused my brother-in-law who was looking out for the former - but that's hardly a problem!
