I bought a few things for my family for Christmas, overall nothing too expensive, but the care and attention that had gone into my delivery was so sweet! There was a personal handwritten note on the delivery list (from Callum, hi!) detailing what all the little beautifully, securely, wrapped items were so that I didn't have to unwrap them to check, as well as some Christmas chocolates hiding among the packing peanuts (!!) - it made me feel really happy to see the effort that had been made to ensure everything arrived just perfect (while even saving on wrapping material), the delivery arrived quickly and the items themselves were loved by the people who received them.
